Data controller

What data we process

Website visitor data: browsing data (IP address, user agent, pages visited) collected through technical logs, and the data provided voluntarily through the "Request a demo" form (name, business email, company, optional phone, message).

Platform customer data: account data (company details, contacts, credentials), billing data and service usage data (application logs, session metrics).

Data processed on behalf of customers (Great Start as processor): the platform processes orders, end-customer records, shipping addresses and catalogue data of the connected stores. For this data the customer is the controller and Great Start Ltd acts as data processor on the basis of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) attached to the licence agreement.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to demo and contact requests — pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Delivering the service to customers — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Billing and accounting obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Security, abuse prevention and technical logs — legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Marketing communications to demo contacts — consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

Retention

Contact requests: 24 months from the last contact. Contractual and billing data: for the term of the contract and the subsequent statutory periods (10 years for accounting documents). Data processed on behalf of customers: for the term of the licence plus 30 days for export, then deletion.

Recipients and sub-processors

The data is processed by the controller's authorised staff and by hosting and cloud infrastructure providers (the site is hosted on Vercel), mail services and technical tools, appointed as sub-processors under agreements compliant with art. 28 GDPR.

International transfers

Great Start Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Any transfers to third countries take place under Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards provided for by art. 46 GDPR.

Data subject rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by writing to info@fastnodal.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk), in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it).

Minors

The service is reserved for companies and professionals and is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
